Program description
Sandpoint Realty LLC sends text messages to people who have given us their mobile number and agreed to be contacted by text. Messages relate to real estate services and may include property information you requested, showing and appointment scheduling, transaction and closing updates, responses to your questions, and, where you opted in, new listing alerts and market updates.
How you opt in
You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts. That can happen when you check the consent box on a form on this site, when you text us first, or when you give us your number and tell us directly that it is alright to text you. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of buying or selling property with us, and is not required to use any of our services.
Age requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to consent to receive text messages from us.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your activity and what you asked for. During an active transaction or property search you may receive several messages a week. Otherwise, fewer.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Sandpoint Realty LLC does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may, according to your plan.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. You can also call the office at 208-610-0011 and ask to be removed. To start again later, reply START or contact us.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and device.
