Sandpoint Realty LLC wants everyone to be able to find a home. That includes being able to use our website.
We work to keep sandpointrealtyidaho.com usable by people with disabilities, and we use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference standard.
What we do
- Write meaningful alternative text for property photos and images
- Keep text and background colors at readable contrast
- Structure pages with proper headings so screen readers can navigate them
- Make the site work on phones, tablets, and desktop
- Keep links and buttons clearly labeled and reachable by keyboard
- Review accessibility when we make significant changes to the site
Where we fall short
We are being straight with you: parts of this site are not fully under our control. Our property search and listing data come from third party providers, including our multiple listing service and IDX vendor. Listing photos and descriptions are entered by other brokerages and agents, so alternative text and formatting on those are not always what we would want. Older blog posts may also have gaps.
We are working on it, and we would rather tell you that than claim the site is perfect.
If you hit a barrier, tell us
If any part of this website keeps you from getting information you need, contact us and we will get it to you another way. We can read listings to you over the phone, email you property details in a different format, send documents in large print, or meet in person.
You do not need to explain why. Just tell us what you need.
