Above shows number of Sandpoint Idaho 83864 ‘out of town’ homes sold and Days on Market.  Again the graph clearly shows the adjusting market of 2022, while declining from 2021, is falling back in line with pre-pandemic.  2019 should be noted as a very strong year and 2022 figures are in line with that year.  Number of homes sold down due to lack of inventory not a complete lack of buyers, although increased interest rates have decreased the ability of many to purchase.
