Christmas season is starting, what a magical time of the year.  The comforting presence of evergreen life and brightly colored ornaments offer hope to us during the cold winter. Those special ornaments often hold reminders of our life’s milestones and memories.  They remind us of the good times we shared with family and friends.  They may also remind of us the bad times we were at a low time in life all to show that we survived and went on.  Sometimes they are a final memory of someone we lost or the remembrance of when our children were growing up.  They may commemorate a child’s first Christmas or a happy couples first Christmas together, a trip to a new place or a gift from a special friend. I went for 4 years without my special Christmas ornaments, and I sure did miss them.  They are like special friends we wait all year long to finally see once again.  Post below if you have a special ornament in your Christmas box.Rain Silverhawk
