26-August 23 Painting With Watercolors<\/strong>. Sandpoint Parks and Recreation hosts the class Painting with Watercolors for all levels age 16 and above at Sandpoint Community Hall each Thursday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The classes taught by Julie Hutslar, a professional watercolor artist, will cover specific methods, painting out-of-doors, using still life as subject matter and painting from 2D.
