\nYou can keep your home in top shape with simple tasks throughout the year. This month, be sure to:<\/strong><\/span>\n

  1. Trim back shrubbery around walls.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Trim tree limbs away from roof.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Remove any yard waste or debris as needed. Keep branches or other clippings around can attract insects.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Check your siding for damage, warping, or rot.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Check smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Check for damage, loose, or missing shingles on your roof.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Check your chimneys for deteriorating bricks and mortar.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Check window and door screens, replace or patch if needed.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Check driveway, walkway, and patios for cracks or deterioration and reseal or repair as necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/td>\n
