\nYou can keep your home in top shape with simple tasks throughout the year. This month, be sure to:<\/strong><\/span>\n

  1. Check foundation walls, floors, concrete and masonry for cracking, heaving or deterioration.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Check all wood surfaces for weathering and paint failures.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Trim back all tree limbs and other vegetation away from your roof.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Check for leaks under sinks and around toilets.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Replace or clean your furnace filter.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Test your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Clean and lubricate garage door tracks.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/td>\n
